    论文解析了恰塔努加链霉菌L10whiB家族调控蛋白WblAch的调控机制。研究表明,WblAchadpAch敲除株中表达量下降明显,qRT-PCR实验证实AdpAch正调控wblAch的转录,EMSADNaseI Footprinting 实验表明AdpAch直接结合在wblAch的启动子上;wblAch的缺失导致纳他霉素合成能力丧失,形态分化也受到严重影响,qRT-PCR实验表明whi基因在wblAch菌株中的低表达量可能是形态分化受阻的原因;从而揭示了wblAchAdpAch耦联协同调控菌体细胞的形态分化与纳他霉素生物合成的分子机制。
