PAIR Database
The Predicted Arabidopsis Interactome Resource (PAIR), version 2.1, contains 224,206 potential interactions predicted by an accurate support vector machines (SVM) model, based on four types of side evidences encoded in fourteen feature values. This set of interactions is expected to cover 29.02% of the entire interactome, and its precision is estimated to reach 48.67%. Another set of predicted interactions covering 73.5% of the interactome but with low accuracy is also available for download. Prediction accuracy has been validated using our model to re-discover the new additions to the BioGrid interaction database.
